Client Code Application for consideration.

Thank you for choosing ILLUSIONS part of the Fantasys Network .

Below are four things you MUST be absolutely clear on before you fill out the client verification / Reservation request form.

1) Fill out the form truthfully, completely and honestly. Incomplete, intentionally dishonest or deceptive applications will be declined. Verification is absolutely NON-NEGOTIABLE. Discretion and professionalism on our part is assured.

2) DO NOT share your CLIENT CODE with anyone beyond ILLUSIONS immediate personal and then ONLY when YOU phone ILLUSIONS or Fantasys . DO NOT give it out to other Providers, your friends or ANYONE. Doing so will get you BANNED !!

3) Should an emergency happen as they sometimes do at the last minute, we ask for a reasonable amount of time to cancel the appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment within a reasonable amount of time WILL result in your not being permitted to use our service again.

4) We DO NOT tolerate clients soliciting our associates to see them privately on their own. Nor do we tolerate our associates offering their personal numbers to clients in order to see them outside of the agency. This is "stealing" and we do terminate associates who practice this. In the case of clients we will discontinue our relationship as well.
